At Kick Start Active, we understand that sometimes a pair of shoes or item of clothing may not be the perfect fit or meet your expectations. That's why we have implemented a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy guidelines below:

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. This allows you ample time to try on your item(s) which you have purchased and decide if they are the right fit for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) within this time frame.

Condition of the Item(s)

In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition. This means they should be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. In respect of the shoes, ensure that you try them on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid any scuffs or marks.

Proof of Purchase

In order to facilitate a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase. This can be in the form of a receipt, order confirmation email, or any other documentation that clearly shows the purchase details. Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your return.

Return Process

If you would like to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email to initiate the return process. They will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
  2. Package the item(s) securely in it's original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  3. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned package and verify it's condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned package, we will process a refund for the original purchase and you can place a new order for the desired size or style.
